Today was Thursday 26 February 2026 and today I decided to eat a banana for breakfast.  Lunch was chicken, potatoes cut in half, gem squash pumpkin, carrots, onions, potatoes, peanuts, peanut butter and rice. Then for dinner I ate sliced mango. Today was Sunday 22 February 2026 and I had two slices of brown bread and milk for breakfast.  Lunch was delicious chicken schnitzel, potatoes, pumpkin, beans, onions, peanuts and peanut butter. Today was Saturday 21 February 2026 and I had two slices of brown bread and milk for breakfast.  Lunch was delicious pork sausages, a potato cut in quarters, carrots, peas, corn and peanuts. For dinner I ate guava and custard yoghurt.

Today was Friday 20 February 2026 and I had nothing for breakfast but ate my two slices of brown bread with some mixed berries yoghurt and a cup of milk in the afternoon for dinner. Lunch was a delicious chicken burger, a potato cut in half, carrots, beans, broccoli, cauliflower, peanuts and peanut butter. You can see the videos on my YouTube channel.

Today was Thursday 19 February 2026 and I had two slices of brown bread and milk for breakfast.  Lunch was delicious minced meat, potatoes sliced in half, carrots mashed with onions and potatoes, gem squash pumpkin and peanuts.  For dinner I had a banana and orange and mango yoghurt.  Enjoy life, have friends and eat good food!

Today was Wednesday 18 February 2026 and I had two slices of brown bread and milk for breakfast. Lunch was delicious chicken strips, potatoes, carrots, beans, broccoli, cauliflower, peanuts and peanut butter.  For dinner I had a mandarin or small orange and mango slices.
