Friday 20 February 2026



Today was Friday 20 February 2026 and I had nothing for breakfast but ate my two slices of brown bread with some mixed berries yoghurt and a cup of milk in the afternoon for dinner.

Lunch was a delicious chicken burger, a potato cut in half, carrots, beans, broccoli, cauliflower, peanuts and peanut butter.
