Today was Tuesday 21 April 2026 and I had two slices of brown bread and milk for breakfast.  Lunch was pork sausages, pumpkin, spinach mashed with onions and potatoes, mashed potatoes and peanuts. For dinner I ate peanuts

Today was Saturday 18 April 2026 and I had two slices of brown bread and milk for breakfast.  Lunch was boerewors sausage, carrots, beans, broccoli, cauliflower, potatoes and peanuts.

Today was Thursday 16 April 2026 and I had two slices of bread for breakfast one brown and one white.  Lunch was minced meat, potatoes, beans, gem squash pumpkin and peanuts.  For dinner I ate a small orange, mango and passion fruit yoghurt and peanuts, an egg and a piece of banana.

Today was Tuesday 14 April 2026 and I had two slices of white bread and milk for breakfast.  Lunch was a chicken burger, half a potato, carrots, corn, peas, peanuts and peanut butter.

Today was Monday 13 April 2026 and I had two slices of bread for breakfast, one brown and one white.  Lunch was chicken schnitzel, half a potato, mashed sweet potatoes and carrots mashed with onions and potatoes. Peanuts and peanut butter. For dinner I ate a mandarin or small orange, mango and passion fruit yoghurt and peanuts. Thanks for reading my blog as I write about my breakfast, lunch and dinner. Today was Sunday 12 April 2026 and I had two slices of brown bread and milk for breakfast.  Lunch was steak, potatoes, carrots, beans, peas, corn, peanuts and peanut butter. For dinner I ate more peanuts and peanut butter.

Today was Wednesday 8 April 2026 and I had two slices of brown bread and milk for breakfast.  Lunch was chicken strips, mashed potatoes, peas, corn, peanuts and peanut butter.  For dinner I ate a pear, peanuts and strawberry yoghurt.
