Today was Thursday 19 February 2026 and I had two slices of brown bread and milk for breakfast.
Lunch was delicious minced meat, potatoes sliced in half, carrots mashed with onions and potatoes, gem squash pumpkin and peanuts.
For dinner I had a banana and orange and mango yoghurt.
Enjoy life, have friends and eat good food!
