Wednesday 10 December 2025 and I had two slices of brown bread and milk for breakfast.
Lunch was a chicken burger, potatoes, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, beans, peanuts and peanut butter.
Dinner was an apricot, a slice of papaya and granadilla yoghurt.
