Hello everybody,
In the pictures above you see what I ate on Wednesday. A slice of both brown and white bread for breakfast with a cup of low fat milk. Lunch was one and a half of pork sausages, pumpkin, spinach, potatoes, onions and peanuts. Today I mashed the potatoes and with some onions they were all mashed with the spinach. That's the green stuff you see in the picture.
