Hello everybody, this is what I ate on Sunday 19 October 2025.
Sundays we usually eat pork chops or steak or chicken for lunch but on this day we ate minced meat and vegetables. Minced meat, half of a gem squash pumpkin, a potato and carrots, mashed together with onion and potatoes. And peanuts.
Bread and full cream milk for breakfast as usual and dinner was a quarter slice of papaya, an apple and an orange. This was enjoyed with mango and coconut flavoured yoghurt. The cup you see in the picture is one I bought in Calgary. Filled halfway with the yoghurt. I usually eat half of a cup of yoghurt but sometimes I just like to eat more of it than I probably should hahaha haha!
With this all trough the day I drink water.
