Hello everybody.
This was what I ate for Saturday 18 October 2025. A nice breakfast as usual of bread and milk, full cream. Lunch was great and was a nice plate of Chicken strips and vegetables. Carrots, beans broccoli and cauliflower. I also ate some peanut butter and peanuts and then my dinner was some strawberry yoghurt, a quarter of a slice of papaya and an orange.
