Today was Monday 13 April 2026 and I had two slices of bread for breakfast, one brown and one white.  Lunch was chicken schnitzel, half a potato, mashed sweet potatoes and carrots mashed with onions and potatoes. Peanuts and peanut butter. For dinner I ate a mandarin or small orange, mango and passion fruit yoghurt and peanuts. Thanks for reading my blog as I write about my breakfast, lunch and dinner. Today was Sunday 12 April 2026 and I had two slices of brown bread and milk for breakfast.  Lunch was steak, potatoes, carrots, beans, peas, corn, peanuts and peanut butter. For dinner I ate more peanuts and peanut butter.

Today was Wednesday 8 April 2026 and I had two slices of brown bread and milk for breakfast.  Lunch was chicken strips, mashed potatoes, peas, corn, peanuts and peanut butter.  For dinner I ate a pear, peanuts and strawberry yoghurt.

Today was Thursday 2 April 2026 and I had two slices of bread for breakfast. One brown and one white. I also drank milk for breakfast.  Lunch was minced meat, potatoes, pumpkin, beans, mashed with onions and potatoes and peanuts. For dinner I ate peanuts.

Today was Wednesday 1 April 2026 and I had two slices of bread for breakfast one brown and one white.  Lunch was chicken strips, carrots, peas, beans, corn, peanuts and peanut butter.  For dinner I had mango and passion fruit yoghurt, mixed berries yoghurt, an orange, a pear, peanuts and peanut butter.

Today was Tuesday 31 March 2026 and I had two slices of bread for breakfast. One brown and one white.  Lunch was boerewors, gem squash pumpkin, half a potato, peas, corn and peanuts.  For dinner I ate a pear, peanuts and mixed berries yoghurt.

Today was Friday 6 March 2026 and I had two slices of brown bread and milk for breakfast. Lunch was a delicious chicken burger, mashed potatoes, carrots, peas, corn, a tomato, peanuts and peanut butter. For dinner I ate some peanuts.
